IT Technician – End‑User Support

About the role

The IT Technician will join L3Harris' WESCAM division in Don Mills, reporting to the IT Operations Manager. This individual contributor provides end‑user hardware and software support across on‑site, remote, and distributed teams, ensuring reliable technology services for mission‑critical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver desktop, laptop, mobile device, and collaboration system support to corporate users.
• Set up, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain endpoint hardware and software.
• Receive and resolve incidents and service requests via the ITSM platform, phone, and in‑person.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and asset changes according to established procedures.
• Administer network user and group access in line with security policies and data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision while adhering to SLAs.
• Solid judgment and attention to detail in a structured service‑delivery environment.

Required skills

• Experience with an IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
• Knowledge of network user and group access administration.
