Investment Manager – Banking, Credit & Investment

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Manager to lead banking, credit and investment operations at our Kelowna office. The role involves overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth through strategic client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations and identify compliance issues.
• Plan, control, and monitor a budget exceeding $8 million.
• Hire, train, direct and motivate a team of 3‑10 staff members.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and financial controls.
• Prepare and oversee financial reporting for senior management.
• Manage cash flow, conduct variance analysis and support client post‑sale.
• Network to attract corporate and individual customers for loan and investment services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, judgment and due‑diligence abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle large caseloads.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate (relocation costs not covered).
