About the role
We are seeking a mid‑level Investment Funds attorney to join a leading international law firm’s elite funds practice in New York. The successful candidate will work on high‑value, cross‑border investment fund matters and gain exposure to premium sponsor‑side transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Advise sophisticated clients on complex investment fund structures and transactions.
- Support cross‑border fund matters and sponsor‑side work.
- Participate in market‑leading deals and collaborate with senior practitioners.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation and related agreements.
Required profile
- 2nd to 7th year associate level.
- Admitted to the bar in Canada.
- Experience at a top‑tier law firm.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong interest in investment funds work.
