We are seeking a mid‑level Investment Funds attorney to join a leading international law firm’s elite funds practice in New York. The successful candidate will work on high‑value, cross‑border investment fund matters and gain exposure to premium sponsor‑side transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise sophisticated clients on complex investment fund structures and transactions.

Required profile
