Inventory Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Manager to lead daily inventory operations at our Winnipeg facility. The role involves planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating inventory processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with a small team to maintain stock levels and support overall logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock movements.
• Supervise a team of 3‑4 staff members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Manage knowledge sharing and documentation related to inventory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations, including holding a valid driver’s licence.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP certificate/diploma (3 months to <1 year) or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, ethical and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience using Google Drive and desktop publishing software.
• Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
