About the role
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Field Agent to assess client markets, calculate premiums and deliver comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets.
- Calculate premiums and establish appropriate client insurance coverage.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Ensure all required forms, medical examinations and policy documentation are completed.
- Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to client enquiries.
- Provide detailed information on group and individual insurance packages, coverage options and benefits.
- Sell a wide range of insurance products including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment methods.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Provincial or territorial insurance licence.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in insurance sales or related field.
