Customer Service Representative (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

Shefield Express, a convenience store located inside Guildford Mall in Surrey, is hiring Customer Service Representatives. The position can be taken as part‑time or full‑time, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week and the possibility to increase hours based on performance. Team members will be expected to deliver friendly service to shoppers while supporting daily store operations. Flexibility and a sincere, dedicated attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and transactions.
• Process sales, handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Restock shelves, tag new products and maintain merchandise displays.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and organized, including basic cleaning tasks.
• Support store operations by performing additional duties as needed.

• Sincere, dedicated and efficient individuals.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning.
