Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supply (roofing, siding, metal and building envelope), is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Saint-Jerome. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the store and by phone for sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the store or calling the branch
• Complete sales transactions, daily bank reconciliation reports and purchases
• Provide excellent support, build long-term relationships with existing customers and help acquire new ones
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and legislation
• Perform other duties as required

Required profile

• 1 year or more of proven experience in retail, business, accounting or sales
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to succeed in a stable, growing company
• Authorization to work in Canada
