Industrial Instrument Mechanic

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Instrument Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and calibrate instruments and systems at our bakery in Etobicoke. The role involves ensuring reliable operation of measuring equipment and supporting apprentices in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect operation of instruments and systems.
• Repair and adjust system components.
• Complete test and maintenance reports.
• Remove and replace defective parts.
• Calibrate components and instruments.
• Install new measuring instruments.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance work.
• Coach and instruct apprentices.

Required profile

• Attention to detail.
• Hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Efficient interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
