Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator

About the role

Horelyu Dene Ts’edi Kue is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, pension administration and employee records. The role works closely with management, Finance and program leadership to ensure HR and payroll processes are accurate, timely and confidential.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, applications, interviews, reference checks and candidate communications.
• Process payroll, including timesheets, overtime, vacation, leaves, wage changes, deductions and terminations.
• Maintain accurate payroll, compensation and employee tax records, including Treaty tax documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including equipment, system access and benefits enrollment.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Payroll Administration, Office Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR administration, payroll, benefits or recruitment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
