Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The HR Business Partner – HR Generalist is the operational heart of the HR function at SACO Technologies. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while driving employee experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: create bilingual job postings, source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed and AI‑assisted tools, conduct pre‑screens, coordinate interviews and extend offers.
• Lead onboarding: conduct group HR information sessions and ensure a seamless first‑day experience.
• Refresh and maintain the Employee Handbook and HR policies.
• Manage off‑boarding: conduct exit interviews, terminate system access, wind down benefits and recover company assets.
• Organize employee experience activities such as monthly birthday celebrations, HR TV segments and other engagement events.
• Support French‑language training, maintain HR communications, roles matrix, and assist with performance cycles, employee relations, training coordination and policy improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
