Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR operations across our St. Jean‑sur‑Richelieu and Montreal locations. You will support recruitment, employee experience, compliance, and various organizational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment, including onboarding, orientation, and off‑boarding.
• Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation.
• Prepare and distribute HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries on policies, benefits, and programs.
• Support leave administration, return‑to‑work processes, and health & safety activities.
• Organise training programs, monitor compliance, and manage employee engagement events.
• Assist with departmental projects, presentations, and general HR administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for inter‑site travel.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
