About the role
Sahah Naturals, a fast‑growing CPG company, is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to work part‑time in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will support all HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Employee Handbook and HR policies.
- Track vacation, sick days, leaves of absence, and manage employee files.
- Perform asset tracking for employee‑issued equipment.
- Support recruitment: write job descriptions, post roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines.
- Onboard new hires, manage paperwork, schedule training, and facilitate orientation.
- Offboard departing employees, collect assets, and deactivate access.
- Coordinate annual reviews, volunteer day, office events, and team‑building activities.
- Provide HR updates in weekly and quarterly meetings.
- Manage employer‑branding content for LinkedIn and internal newsletters.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in an HR role (HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, people‑focused with strong prioritisation skills.
