Housekeeper – Full‑time Permanent Position

Join Rags to Riches Cleaning Services as a full‑time housekeeper in Vernon. This permanent role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment across various facilities, from residential spaces to commercial areas. You will work in a fast‑paced setting where attention to detail is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard.
• Dust furniture and surfaces throughout the premises.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Disinfect operating rooms, elevators and other high‑traffic areas.
• Pick up debris, empty trash containers and manage waste disposal.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including window, wall and ceiling cleaning.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

Required profile

• Flexibility to adapt to varying cleaning tasks and schedules.
• Good judgement and reliability in handling cleaning responsibilities.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• No formal education required; a certificate or diploma is not necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, including bending, crouching and kneeling.
