About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care and household assistance to clients in their homes in Montréal. The role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and fostering companionship.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor health needs.
• Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
• Support regular exercise such as walking.
• Prepare, serve, and assist with nutritious meals, including planning therapeutic diets.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and clothing repairs.
• Shop for food and household supplies.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
