About the role

We are looking for a compassionate child caregiver to provide full‑time support in a private home in Calgary. The role involves caring for infants and children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development while the parents are away.

Key responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents’ absence.
Bathe, dress and feed infants and children according to parents’ routines.
Discipline children following the methods requested by the parents.
Instruct children in personal hygiene and support their social development.
Maintain daily activity and health records for each child.
Keep the home environment safe and healthy.
Organise games, outings and other activities for children.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Transport children to and from school, appointments and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible, reliable and well‑organized.
Good judgement and ability to work under pressure.
Team player who can adapt to family needs.
