About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care and household assistance to elderly clients in Calgary. The role involves living on‑site or in the client’s home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
Support regular exercise routines, such as walking.
Feed or assist with feeding, and prepare nutritious meals.
Plan therapeutic diets and menus, and cook meals.
Launder clothing and household linens.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

Secondary school graduation certificate.
CPR and First Aid certificates.
Criminal record check and references required.
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in personal care.
Attributes: punctual, dependable, patient, honest, organized, and client‑focused.
