About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care, companionship and light household assistance to elderly clients in their own homes in Brampton, ON. This is a permanent full‑time position with flexible hours, working directly in the client’s residence.

Key responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care, including assistance with bathing and hygiene.
Help clients with regular exercise such as walking.
Assist with feeding or provide feeding support.
Launder and mend clothing and household linens.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
Criminal record check required.
Organized, reliable and able to work flexible hours.
Previous experience in home support or elder care is an asset.
Willingness to work in the client’s home; relocation costs are not covered.
