About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal care, companionship and light household assistance to elderly clients in their own homes in Brampton, ON. This is a permanent full‑time position with flexible hours, working directly in the client’s residence.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including assistance with bathing and hygiene.
- Help clients with regular exercise such as walking.
- Assist with feeding or provide feeding support.
- Launder and mend clothing and household linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Criminal record check required.
- Organized, reliable and able to work flexible hours.
- Previous experience in home support or elder care is an asset.
- Willingness to work in the client’s home; relocation costs are not covered.
