Home Support Worker

About the role

The Home Support Worker provides essential bedside and personal care to clients in their homes. This role combines assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and household support to promote independence and well‑being. You will work closely with clients and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care, including hygiene and bathing assistance.
• Support clients with regular exercise such as walking.
• Assist with feeding or provide feeding support.
• Launder clothing and household linens.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in home support or personal care.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation costs covered.
• Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability for morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
