About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide bedside and personal care to clients in their own homes in Vancouver, BC. This is a full‑time permanent position focused on delivering high‑quality daily support and companionship.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including assistance with bathing and hygiene.
- Support clients with regular exercise such as walking.
- Change non‑sterile dressings and monitor basic health needs.
- Launder clothing and household linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in home support, personal care, or a related field.
- Availability to start on the date indicated in the posting.
- Willingness to work day shifts in clients’ homes.
