About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Home Support Worker to provide personal and bedside care to clients in their own homes. The position offers flexible hours and a supportive environment for individuals with a high school education and some caregiving experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Support regular exercise routines, such as walking.
- Prepare, serve, and monitor nutritious meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of home care experience.
- Willingness to work in the client’s home on a flexible schedule.
