About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Care Worker to provide bedside and personal care to clients in their homes in Toronto. The role involves assisting elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
- Assist clients with regular exercise such as walking.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and help with feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and clothing repairs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lb).
- Clean criminal record.
- Reliability, punctuality, patience, and teamwork.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training provided.
