About the role
We are looking for a skilled hairstylist to join our Toronto salon, providing high‑quality cutting, colouring and styling services to a diverse clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Book and manage client appointments.
- Shampoo, cut, trim, taper, curl, wave and perm hair.
- Apply bleach, dyes, tints, highlights and other colour treatments.
- Provide receptionist duties and maintain client records.
- Order and organise salon supplies.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.
- Relevant trade certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking and manual dexterity.
Required skills
- Hair cutting and trimming techniques.
- Hair colouring methods including bleach, dyes, highlights.
- Blow drying and styling.
- Hair braiding, iron waving/curling, permanents and roller setting.
