About the role
This permanent, full‑time position is based in the employer’s home in Surrey, BC. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for children while supporting their daily routines and development. Flexible shift options are available, including morning, evening, and day shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy environment.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Maintain a safe and healthy home setting at all times.
- Organize activities such as games and outings to promote learning and fun.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to children’s needs.
- Supervise and care for children throughout the day.
- Tend to the emotional well‑being of each child.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Prior experience in child care is an asset.
