About the role
The Herbalist will treat patients using natural herbal remedies, advise on herb‑based treatments, lead group sessions, and design health‑and‑wellness projects for tourists and private‑practice clients.
Key responsibilities
- Treat patients by administering small dosages of chemical or herbal remedies.
- Advise patients on the use of herbs for various conditions.
- Lead and instruct groups in herbal‑medicine workshops.
- Design and implement health and wellness projects or programs.
- Coordinate and run workshops related to herbal medicine.
- Employ herbal medicines and clinical nutrition in treatment plans.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP certificate/diploma in Herbalism (1‑2 years).
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Client‑focused with excellent oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to sit, stand, and walk as needed.
- Flexible, organized, reliable team player.
