Healthcare Strategy Consultant

About the role

Klick Consulting is seeking a Consultant to support our healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech clients. You will translate complex business questions into clear insights, recommendations, and deliverables while working alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather primary and secondary research across life‑science markets to inform client strategy.
• Analyze client data, research findings, and market inputs to identify insights and business opportunities.
• Support stakeholder and expert interviews by preparing guides, capturing findings, and synthesizing themes.
• Communicate recommendations through written, visual, and verbal deliverables for both clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with strategy, behavioral science, digital, data, and AI/ML specialists to deliver workshops, project planning, scoping, and client‑ready strategic outputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consulting experience in healthcare, technology, data, or life sciences with client‑facing project work.
• Proven ability to conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize data, and produce actionable insights.
• Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs and translating findings into presentations or reports.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, requirements gathering, or alignment sessions.
• Post‑graduate degree such as an MBA, MPH, MSc, or equivalent practical experience.
