Health Services Enrollment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Health Services Enrollment Coordinator based in Canada to guide existing Sailor Health patients through our advocacy services. You will act as a trusted, empathetic guide, helping patients transition smoothly from therapy to additional support resources.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct introductory calls with patients interested in advocacy services, following a structured intake process.
• Guide patients through the advocacy onboarding journey with warmth, clarity, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate closely with the advocacy team to ensure seamless transitions and follow‑through.
• Manage patient communications across multiple stages, including follow‑ups, missed calls, and reassignments.
• Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace, EHR platforms (e.g., Healthie), and CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Required profile

• Empathetic and clear communicator who can make patients feel at ease during vulnerable conversations.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple patients without letting anything slip.
• Tech‑comfortable, quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Mission‑aligned with a passion for improving mental health care for older adults.
