Head Of Organic Social

About the role

Lead the creation and growth of the new Organic Social department at inBeat, a creative growth agency that partners with brands like Bumble, Miro and NielsenIQ. This fully remote, full‑time position will shape the strategy, processes and team that turn organic social into a high‑impact, revenue‑generating service.

Key responsibilities

• Run existing organic social accounts, setting strategy, content direction, posting cadence and reporting during the first months.
• Design delivery systems such as creator pods, weekly posting schedules and repurposing of UGC and paid assets to generate volume at scale.
• Package the service offering with scopes, rate cards and audit templates for repeatable sales.
• Hire and lead strategists, producers and editors as the department expands.
• Own performance metrics, reporting growth, engagement and how organic feeds paid media.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on pitches, audits and upsells.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running organic social for brands, either in‑house or agency, with a track record of growing accounts.
• Deep familiarity with current social platforms, trends, formats and the ability to turn cultural moments into brand‑appropriate content quickly.
• Comfort briefing and directing creators, building repeatable UGC processes.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build a department from scratch.
