Guest Experience Associate

About the role
Join Nordik Spa Village as a Guest Experience Associate, providing welcoming service and ensuring a memorable wellness experience for guests in a tranquil spa environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in guests, responding to inquiries about services and facilities.
- Take reservations, maintain guest records, and process various forms of payment.
- Assist in keeping the spa clean, including reception, lobby, pavilions, treatment rooms, staff areas, and locker rooms.
- Restock lockers with towels, robes and toiletries as needed.
- Communicate relevant information to guests to enhance their experience and respond promptly to guest needs.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer‑service experience is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 10 kg regularly.
