Group Sales Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Group Sales Agent joins Sunwing Vacations Group in Laval to help turn vacation dreams into reality. You will engage directly with customers, handling inquiries, upselling travel products, and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails, providing product and service information.
• Upsell and cross‑sell optional extras such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift certificates, and insurance.
• Process group rate requests professionally and promptly.
• Cover for Group Sales Representatives during absences as directed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and participate in ongoing training.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Group Sales Supervisor.

Required profile

• Up to 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Initiative in problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay flexible, and prioritize workload.
• OPC/TICO certification is required.
