About the role
Join The Home Depot Canada as a Sales Associate focused on tool rental. You will provide fast, friendly service, guide customers to the right solutions for their projects, and promote Home Depot services.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures Customer Satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers, and escorting them to appropriate merchandise.
- Drives Sales by discussing product options, suggesting related items or services, and using empowerment programs when needed.
- Builds Skills and Knowledge by maintaining product knowledge across departments and proactively learning about new items.
- Maintains Safety and Security by following safety and loss‑prevention policies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of retail or trade experience (preferred).
Required skills
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Effective Communication.
