About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Grill Cook to join our restaurant team in Fort McMurray. The role involves preparing grilled dishes, supporting kitchen operations and delivering high‑quality meals to our guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Determine portion sizes and associated costs for menu items.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals, including sushi and teppanyaki dishes.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Order supplies and equipment and manage kitchen operations.

Required profile

  • No formal degree required; a Food Safety Certificate is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Strong client focus, dependability, flexibility and teamwork.

Required skills

  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Sushi preparation techniques.
  • Teppanyaki cooking skills.
