Food Service Supervisor

About the role

Tim Hortons is looking for a motivated Food Service Supervisor to lead the team at its Eagle Ridge location in Fort McMurray. You will ensure that food preparation, service quality and safety standards are consistently met while providing excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities for food preparation and portioning.
• Train employees on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
• Maintain quality control standards for food and service.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Keep records of stock, repairs, sales and waste, and establish work schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
• No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
