Graphic Designer – Short‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for an 8‑12 week contract to support a fast‑paced, collaborative in‑house marketing and sales team. The role focuses on production‑oriented design work, translating established brand guidelines into polished marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce PowerPoint presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, social media assets, and campaign materials within brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal designers and support staff to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple design requests, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.
• Adapt existing templates and assets into client‑ready formats.
• Support both quick‑turn production tasks and larger creative projects.

Required profile

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in an in‑house, agency, or corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and strong production design capabilities.
• Proven experience creating PowerPoint presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, and digital/social assets.
• Ability to work efficiently within established brand standards and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
