About the role

Job Duck is looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to build strong visual brands and produce engaging digital content. This remote, full‑time position supports branding, social media, and marketing communications for US‑based clients while operating on Atlantic Time Zone hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a complete visual brand identity, including color palettes, typography, and imagery standards.
• Create website graphics, banners, social media templates, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects, maintain brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Utilize AI‑powered design tools and modern marketing software to improve efficiency and content production.
• Monitor social media performance, generate reporting insights, and assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Update website content, repurpose existing assets, and maintain a social media content calendar.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual branding, brand consistency, and digital content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
