Graphic Designer II – Contract (Toronto)

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer II to join our in‑house creative team in Toronto. You will support a variety of internal initiatives and create high‑impact visual assets for internal audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce sales tools, pitch decks, brochures, and event/marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts while adhering to established templates and brand guidelines.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, including brief discussions, vendor coordination for print production, and delivery of accurate, accessible, and consistent designs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in an agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and detail‑orientation.
• Ability to own projects and deliver on schedule.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Figma.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS as it relates to design.
• Data visualization and infographic design.
• Accessibility design standards and best practices.
