About the role
The successful candidate will join an in‑house creative team for a leading Canadian bank. Working primarily on a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote), you will create visual concepts and adapt existing templates to produce a wide range of brand‑aligned materials for internal and external audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to design high‑quality marketing assets such as sales tools, pitch decks, brochures, event collateral and UX elements.
- Develop creative concepts while adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility best practices.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from briefing stakeholders to coordinating printing and vendor delivery.
- Produce PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in a creative agency or in‑house environment supporting corporate clients.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Design.
- Strong portfolio (up to 10 samples) showcasing branding, marketing, and UX work.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player.

What we offer
- Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- 14‑month contract with possible extension or conversion
- Competitive hourly rate of C$26–C$31
