About the role

This position involves delivering a graduate‑level course on program evaluation within applied health services research. The instructor will guide students through the evaluation process, standards, and both qualitative and quantitative methods, while emphasizing ethical considerations and effective reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver lectures, workshops, and seminars on program evaluation theory and practice.
  • Develop course materials, assignments, and assessment tools aligned with academic standards.
  • Mentor students in the preparation of evaluation reports and critical analysis of findings.
  • Incorporate ethical guidelines and critical issues into classroom discussions.
  • Maintain course content on the Moodle learning platform and ensure a smooth online learning experience.

Required profile

  • PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., public health, health services research, evaluation science).
  • Strong knowledge of computers and ability to use digital teaching tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

  • Moodle platform proficiency.
