General Production Technician – Medical Cannabis

About the role

Join Curaleaf Canada’s EU‑GMP certified facility in Brampton as a General Production Technician. You will work on post‑harvest operations for medical cannabis, ensuring products move safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with drying, processing, and packaging activities while maintaining product quality.
• Follow SOPs, complete batch records accurately, and report any deviations.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.
• Support sanitation programs across cultivation and processing areas.
• Collaborate with production leads and cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a compliance‑driven environment.
• Good communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
