Full-Time Wash Technician

About the role

OpenShine Holdings Ltd. is looking for a motivated Wash Technician to keep the Tommy's Express Car Wash in Brampton operating safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure a high‑quality wash experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and water‑system equipment.
• Monitor wash quality and make adjustments to maintain exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain vacuum systems, mat washers, and other facility equipment.
• Keep tools, parts inventory, and work areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, or plumbing is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lb and perform physically demanding work.
