About the role
BMW Toronto is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Receptionist to join our busy car‑dealership team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients entering the dealership with an energetic, warm demeanor.
- Handle general reception duties such as filing, cash and debit transactions, and preparing coffee/tea.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, text, and email, ensuring high‑quality service.
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and texts to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems.
- Keep the front desk tidy and organized.
- Support the sales team with data management, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Utilize Google Drive, Excel, and Outlook for communications and document management.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a clear, pleasant telephone manner.
- Friendly, outgoing, and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Motivated individual who embraces new challenges and responsibilities.
Required skills
