Full‑time Dispatcher – Route Planning & Delivery Management

About the role

Join a leading Canadian auto‑parts distribution network as a full‑time Dispatcher. You will be responsible for creating efficient delivery routes and supporting drivers to keep parts moving across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise driving routes based on location, priority and driver availability.
• Assign deliveries to drivers and ensure they record delivery times in the management system.
• Monitor and manage tracking parameters within the delivery management module.
• Verify order accuracy and readiness for shipment.
• Pick and pack parts from inventory, preparing them for dispatch.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with the capacity to make quick decisions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous dispatching experience is an asset.
