Dispatcher – Route Planning & Delivery Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Dispatcher to join our growing Auto Parts Division. In this role you will create efficient delivery routes, assign orders to drivers and ensure timely, accurate shipments across our extensive Canadian network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise driving routes based on location, priority and driver availability.
• Assign deliveries to drivers and monitor progress through the delivery management system.
• Ensure drivers record delivery times and update order status promptly.
• Manage tracking parameters within the delivery management module.
• Verify order accuracy, pick and pack items from inventory, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with the capacity to make quick decisions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in dispatching is an asset.

• Familiarity with delivery management systems.
