About the role
The Truck Wash Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the truck washing facility, ensuring vehicles are cleaned to safety and quality standards while managing a team of cleaning staff.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate workers' activities on the wash floor.
- Inspect facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for wash operations.
- Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience supervising cleaning or wash operations.
- Client focus, flexibility, and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with extended periods of standing.
