About the role

The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a full‑time pharmacist to join its pharmacy services team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, the pharmacist will provide clinical coverage to an assigned unit within the hospital network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical coverage to an assigned clinical unit.
• Dispense medications and ensure prescriptions are processed in accordance with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate medication records and support safe medication use.

Required profile

• Full‑time pharmacist position.
• Reports directly to the Director, Pharmacy Services.
• No overnight or on‑call shifts required.
