Full Stack Software Engineer – AutoSync Platform

About the role

Join the AutoSync team at TRADER, a leading Canadian digital automotive solutions provider. As a Full Stack Software Engineer you will help build and evolve the platform that serves over 3,500 dealerships across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross‑functional agile team to design, develop, and maintain high‑traffic public‑facing web applications.
• Participate in daily agile ceremonies, contribute ideas, and implement innovative solutions.
• Champion code quality, testing, and infrastructure health while sharing best practices.
• Integrate AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Codex) into the development workflow to accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building reliable, highly available, and scalable software systems.
• Strong belief in the "you‑build‑it‑you‑run‑it" philosophy covering development, DevOps, cloud ops, security, and testing.
• Passion for applying AI to the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to explore and adopt new technologies.
