Fulfillment Specialist – Toronto

About the role

Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to support daily fulfillment operations in Toronto, Canada. You’ll ensure dental kits, accessories, consumables and replacement orders are prepared, inspected, fulfilled and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining ready‑to‑ship inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship and close Vision and Trios outbound kits to standard cycle times; execute ITX and Conversion replacement orders; pick and ship accessory and consumable orders day‑of.
• Inspect every outbound kit against configuration‑specific SOPs and perform computer QC and imaging during preparation; QC returned scanners and route them appropriately.
• Inspect returned assets, determine appropriate disposition and execute Wrap Fix on returned scanners and laptops.
• Receive inbound purchase orders, route inventory to correct locations, restock pick locations, conduct routine cycle counts and inventory adjustments, and flag discrepancies to senior staff.
• Identify fulfillment inefficiencies, propose ideas to improve safety, speed or accuracy, and participate in initiatives, pilots and SOP updates.
• Communicate clearly across functional areas and use systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, RF Smart and Slack to document daily tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time in the office Monday‑Friday.
• Minimum 2 years experience in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing or operations.
• Proven ability to solve operational problems, exercise good judgment and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong personal accountability, organization, attention to detail and willingness to own tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and quality standards while meeting cycle‑time and service‑level expectations.
• Openness to feedback, coaching and a curiosity for learning new processes and operational systems.
