Key responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by executing emergency procedures and maintaining passenger and personal security.
• Provide attentive, courteous service, responding to passenger needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly with diverse travelers and uphold company grooming and uniform standards.
• Deliver in‑flight snack, meal, beverage and alcoholic service in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Canadian passport allowing travel to all Air Canada destinations.
• Willingness to relocate to an in‑flight base (Vancouver or Toronto) and complete an 8‑week full‑time training program.
• Availability for shift work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful criminal background check and meeting Transport Canada medical standards.
