About the role
Join the Front Office team at a renowned Relais & Châteaux property on Vancouver Island. As Front Office Supervisor you will support the Front Office Manager and ensure guests receive personalized, high‑standard service in a stunning coastal setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, personalized guest service that meets Relais & Châteaux, AAA and Forbes standards.
- Assist the Front Office Manager and act as a hands‑on supervisor for the team.
- Serve as the primary contact for guests and team members needing immediate assistance and follow up on concerns.
- Participate in HR functions for the Front Office department as directed.
- Help create a positive learning environment and support team development.
- Develop, implement and monitor systems that streamline guest flow, staff and supplies.
- Contribute to the department’s annual budget planning and achievement.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of front office and storage areas.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
Required profile
